Magpie 53

Paternal grandfather,
Maternal grandmother,
Their crystalline salt shakers,
Have fallen to the ground.
Shattered into many pieces.

Their contents now fill my own,
While the shining fragments,
Have risen to smile upon me,
From the night-time sky.
